Material details

The outer layer of our Printing Logo Gift Paper Box is made of 250g high grammage white cardstock. The surface of the paper is treated with matte lamination, which not only makes the color of the printed logo more lasting and less likely to fade due to friction, but also brings a fine texture when touched.

Our products have a certain degree of water resistance, and minor water stains can be easily wiped clean. The middle layer of the box body is made of 1.5mm thick cardboard, providing stable support for the box and ensuring that the gift box is less likely to deform during stacking or carrying, thus better protecting the items inside.

Quality inspection

During the production process, Yanhe conducts multi-stage quality inspections on the printed Logo Gift Paper Box.

The clarity and color consistency of the printed logo are checked to ensure that the logo of each box is not blurry and has no color registration deviation.

A pressure-bearing test will be conducted on the box structure, a standard-weight object will be placed above the box surface to observe whether there is any depression or deformation on the box body, thereby verifying the supporting performance of the box body.

Finally, a bonding strength test will be conducted, manually check the bonding condition at each connection point of the box body to ensure there are no issues of delamination or glue separation, only products that pass all tests can proceed to the subsequent packaging and shipping processes.
